Services — WordPress plugins
Custom WordPress plugins: when no plugin does exactly that, I write it.
Custom WordPress plugin development: integrations with management systems and APIs, business logic, admin panels. Secure, documented code that belongs to you.
Tell me about your projectWho it's for
- ›Anyone using three plugins that almost do the right thing and none that really does
- ›Companies that want to connect the site to their management system, CRM or external services
- ›WooCommerce stores with pricing rules, shipping or orders outside the standard
- ›Agencies that need a developer for the technical side of a project
What you get
- Integrations with management systems, CRMs, payments and external services via API or webhooks, with error and timeout handling
- Business logic: pricing rules, approval flows, calculations, order statuses
- Admin panel built into the WordPress dashboard
- Security from the start: sanitised data, checked permissions, no changes to the core
- Code on Git, documentation and instructions for whoever maintains it after me
AIWith AI
I can add AI features to plugins, such as draft texts, message classification or content search, always with a person in control.
Learn more →When you need a custom plugin
Three plugins that almost do the right thing do not add up to one that does. A plugin written for your case does only what is needed, weighs less and does not tie you to a third-party product that may change or disappear.
Integrations with your systems
I sync orders, stock, customer records and invoices between WordPress and your management system, CRM or couriers. If the other system does not respond, the plugin retries and warns you instead of silently losing data.
Secure and documented
Every incoming value is sanitised and every action checks permissions. The code is yours, readable and documented: whoever picks it up knows where to start.

How we work
- 01
Written specification
I ask what the plugin must do, with which data and which edge cases. I also check whether a reliable plugin already exists: if it is enough, I tell you.
- 02
Development
I work locally with Git, following WordPress standards, on a copy of the site: the live one is never at risk.
- 03
Testing with real data
The plugin runs on a test environment with realistic data, so we see together how it behaves before going live.
- 04
Release and handover
I go live with a controlled release and hand over code, documentation and access. If you want, I stay on for maintenance.
Frequently asked questions
Often you do not need to, and I will say so. It makes sense when the feature is central to your business or when existing plugins cover everything except the part that matters. Every extra plugin is also code to update and attack surface.
Yes, through the intended extension points (hooks and APIs), without touching its files: that way updates do not wipe out the work.
Me, if you want. Otherwise I hand over everything another developer needs to pick it up: readable code, a repository and notes.
Yes: when the CMS is not enough I build applications and APIs with PHP and other languages, connected to the site.
