Who handles your data
The data controller is Fabio Folgori, a freelance professional based in Rome, Italy, VAT ID IT11986471008. For any request about your data, write to me through the contact form.
What data I collect and why
Contact form. If you write to me or ask for a call back, I collect your name, email, optional phone number, preferred time, type of request and the text of your message. I use them only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to propose working together. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and the consent you give by ticking the box.
AI assistant. The questions you type in the chat are sent to Anthropic, which processes them to generate the answer. They are not used to profile you. Please don't enter personal or confidential data in the chat.
Technical data. The server hosting the site logs data such as IP address and requested pages, for security and operation, for as long as strictly necessary.
Providers that process data on my behalf
- Netlify, for hosting the site and receiving contact form messages.
- Anthropic, for the AI assistant's answers.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Union: transfers rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses).
How long I keep your data
Form messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and, if no collaboration follows, for no more than 24 months. If a working relationship begins, data is kept for accounting and legal obligations.
Cookies and similar tools
The site uses no profiling cookies, no analytics or advertising tools, and embeds no third-party content that sets cookies. It uses only two technical tools, which don't require consent:
- a
langcookie, which remembers the language you chose; - an entry in your browser storage (
localStorage) with your best score in the game on the 404 page.
For this reason the site shows no cookie banner. If analytics or other third-party services are added in the future, I will update this page and ask for your consent.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to its processing (articles 15–22 of the GDPR), and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to me through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
